THE ENTERPRISE FACTORY OLDHAM
 
The Enterprise Factory is a new business support facility providing new and existing SME's (Small to Medium size Enterprises), in Oldham, with the support they require to enable them to grow during their early years. The facility is located in Borough Mill, Neild Street, Hathershaw within the New Deal for Community area of Oldham and is supported by Hathershaw and Fitton Hill New Deal for Community
 
The facility has managed office space offered on reasonable and flexible terms to SME's with growth potential, with preference being given to those looking to exploit innovative products and services. The facility provides professional support staff to help companies put together sound business plans and develop their management skills in parallel with their entrepreneurial abilities.
 
The facility provides Rent-a-Desk, Hot Desk, Virtual Office and Managed Offices enabling new businesses to grow within the facility. Incubator units are provided to nurture viable innovative enterprises, but importantly these facilities and services are also accessible by SME's outside the facility.

The facility is managed by The Enterprise Factory Limited, a social enterprise with charitable aims and any financial surplus achieved will be ploughed back into new projects within the NDC area or could be used as match funding for further grants. Services available at the facility include
